Osip Rumyantsev, Managing Partner of Rumyantsev Legal Law Office, won the Delovoy Peterburg newspaper ranking of lawyers

The Delovoy Peterburg newspaper summed up the results of the Lawyer of the Year latest rating on December 19th.
Osip Rumyantsev, Managing Partner of Rumyantsev Legal Law Office, won the first place in the ”Arbitration” nomination.
Voting participants highly appreciated the Office’s case regarding construing the provisions of contract terms and conditions and the mandatory application of payment by a third party to a service provider for the performance of the contract – such a business interaction model that is uncommon for the present legal turnover.
It should be noted that the case was won by the Office in April 2018 and included in the Practice Cases Review of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation No. 3, which was released in mid-November 2018.
The complainant’s interests in the Supreme Court were represented by the Office’s Managing Partner, Osip Rumyantsev, and the assistant lawyer, Nikita Yakovtsev.
The case heard by the Supreme Court is a part of the lawsuit whereby Office’s lawyers have been providing legal support to the client over two years in returning receivable accounts from the St. Petersburg developer Legenda Development (a legal entity when the OOO Sistema contract was concluded).
