The Rumyantsev Legal Law Office has defended interests of a large auto dealer in the court

The Rumyantsev Legal Law Office has successfully defended interests of one of the largest auto dealers in the Northwestern District—the Mega-Auto Group of Companies.

The lawsuit between the claimant (a company performing the car dealership construction) and the Office’s client (OOO Omega-Premium—subsidiary of the Mega-Auto Group of Companies) has occurred due to the customer’s groundless claims concerning the scope of works performed during the construction of garage building of more than 6.5 thousand sq. m.

During the trial, the Rumyantsev Legal’s lawyers have proved the Agency Agreement’s violation on the part of claimant, and collected more than 23.6 million rubles of debt per unearned advance on behalf of their client.
